Operational Automation
Work that runs itself. With a person on every key step.
Client onboarding, document collection, deadlines and approvals run as one workflow, connected to the software you already use.
Example · fictional firm
5/5Before the deadline
We map how work moves. Then take the busywork out.
Clients get reminded, not chased. Friendly reminders go out on their own until every document is in.
Documents arrive complete. One clear checklist per client. Every upload lands in the right folder, named and filed.
Deadlines handle themselves. Every task gets an owner and a date, so nothing slips before a filing deadline.

New step or new rule? We adjust the workflow, not your team.
Questions, answered.
Which processes are a good start?
Repetitive work with clear steps: onboarding, document collection, period closing and deadline tracking.
Do we need new software?
Usually not. We connect what you already use, such as your client portal, email, file storage and practice software.
What about client data?
Each step only gets access to what it needs. Data stays in your own systems (for example Microsoft 365) and every action goes into a log you can read. We sign a data processing agreement with you.
Who maintains it?
We do. We monitor the workflows and adjust them when your process changes.
